Our History
2010
CAP was founded in 2010 as a company that specializes in environmental management and was headquartered in Abu Dhabi. CAP then launched its first project in partnership with the Waste Management Center (Tadweer).
2011
CAP became the operating entity responsible for managing licensing, tariff administration, and customer services at the Abu Dhabi Waste Management Center (Tadweer), under the Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT) model.
2012
CAP launched the smart and integrated system for managing licensing and tariff administration in alignment with the vision of the Abu Dhabi Waste Management Center (Tadweer).
2013
CAP launched the "Smart Inspector" app for managing violations. It enabled inspectors to assess violations and conduct inspections instantly and directly through the application.
2014
CAP earned the (ISO 9001) certification in collaboration with government entities, offering solutions and services to governments, institutions, and the private sector across customer service, licensing, license management, and environmental inspections. The company was also consecutively nominated for the Khalifa Award in 2013 and 2014.
2015
CAP expanded its operations within (Tadweer) by establishing the first control and command center of its kind, providing full monitoring capabilities for waste collection vehicles from the collection stage all the way to the landfills.
2016
CAP developed the “Aber” smart gate system at Hameem landfill. the first and only fully automated smart gate in Abu Dhabi. Allowing full control over landfill access without any human intervention.
2017
CAP launched the electronic policy system, “Bolisati” designed to completely replace all paper-based policies and manifests previously used by waste carriers and producers.
2018
In 2018, CAP expanded to Saudi Arabia by moving its headquarters to Riyadh to enhance its market presence and build partnerships with Saudi clients. Drawing on its successful UAE experience, CAP is implementing an integrated waste management model at national and municipal levels to support the Kingdom in achieving Vision 2030 goals.

2019
CAP launched a campaign to certify waste carriers and register waste producers, in addition to implementing the electronic contracting system (e-Contracting). The company also introduced the “Raqib” system and a smart phone application for inspectors.
2020
In partnership with Sahab, CAP introduced the “Madinati” City Management platform in Saudi Arabia, designed to establish a unified system for managing and overseeing the waste sector across the city.
